The Marlboro Select Board has withdrawn the adopted and noticed Marlboro Town Highway Standards Ordinance (adopted – 3/36/2026; posted – 4/9/2026) at the Marlboro Select Board meeting held at the Marlboro Town Office on Thursday, May 14, 2026. The Marlboro Select Board will be reviewing the Road Standards over the next several months, with open discussions at their regularly scheduled meetings on the second and fourth Thursday of the month, to which the public is welcome and urged to attend to provide feedback and thoughts.
The text of the withdrawn ordinance, as currently configured, is available to review on the Marlboro Website “Documents” page, https://marlborovt.us/documents/listofdocuments/, as work on the Standards progresses this document will be updated on the website.
Marlboro, Vermont must comply with all applicable state and federal approvals, permits and duly adopted standards when undertaking road and bridge activities and projects.
