Vermont passed the enabling legislation (24 V.S.A. Chapter 118) to establish municipal conservation commissions. The major goal of a conservation commission is to establish community responsibility or stewardship for its natural and cultural resources.

Please note:  The Conservation Commission will hold regularly scheduled meetings on the first Wednesday of the month in the Marlboro Town Office starting at 6pm.  The next meeting, originally scheduled for Tuesday February 6, 2024 has been postponed, please watch this space for new date/time.

The agenda for this meeting is available here at least 48 hours prior to the meeting: CC Agenda 2_6_24

Also note that there is a Zoom link included in the agenda should you wish to attend in that fashion.

The Conservation Commission will publish important and information information on this page or be linked on this page, as well as the recorded minutes of all meetings.  The Commission looks forward to working with the entire community and to the community’s input going forward.
