The Development Review Board is a quasi-judicial board consisting of five members and four alternates with staggered terms. The Board reviews all development projects that require Town review under the Zoning Bylaw and Subdivision Regulations, including variances, conditional uses, site plan reviews and subdivisions. The Board schedules hearings on the third Tuesday of the month only if a matter is to come before the board. The calendar on this website will inform when a hearing is to take place.
